Comic Art

Having fun with Photoshop and some new filters, I decided to convert some of my U2360 photographs and turn them into "comic art". I quite liked the results and decided to share them with whoever is interested.

 

 

Achtung Baby Artwork

With the upcoming re-release of Achtung Baby (October 31st 2011), the superdeluxe- and uberdeluxe-edition will come with 16 artprints of the images on the Achtung Baby cover. On the cover you see here, you can click on any of the 16 images to get the corresponding image in high-resolution (3471 * 3421).

U2360 Wallpaper

I took a lot of pictures during the U2360 shows I attended. You can find them elsewhere on my site. So I decided to create some personal wallpapers for on my laptop. This is one of my favourites, so I decided to upload it here. If you like it; download it and enjoy!

NU2F Logo

After spending a period of 3 years on the forum of U2.com, I thought it was about time for the Dutch clan known as NU2F to have our own logo. So, on December 9 2007 I am now proudly presenting the official NU2F logo. You can choose your own favourite colours too!

NU2F Wallpapers

On December 9th 2006, U2 closed down their 2005/2006 Vertigo tour on Hawaii. A few members of the "Dutch Treat" section of the Zootopia forum on U2.COM travelled all over the world to visit that particular show. When they returned home, they had loads of excellent pictures. From all Vertigo pictures I've seen, Pascal (Tina's hubby) and Irma topped the bill. I asked them for a few pictures in the original size to turn them into wallpapers.

What you see here is the result of my Photoshop efforts. The wallpapers were created as a 2006 Christmas gift for everyone part of our "NU2F family", but if you happen to be anyone else visiting this page, you're welcome to download the lot. Just don't change my work in any way...

By the way, NU2F stands for "Nederlands U2 Forum", meaning "Dutch U2 Forum". Enjoy!
